Maja Pusara, a representative from the Association of Consumers of Vojvodina, stated today that during the summer sales, merchants are only allowed to sell summer collections at discounted prices. She advises customers to report any misuse of seasonal sales to the relevant inspections.

Customers often enter stores with the intention of buying summer clothing at a reduced price, only to end up buying a winter coat because only items from the winter collection were actually discounted.

Pusara points out that according to the law, winter and autumn collections can be sold during that period, but not at reduced prices.
