Despotovac – International knight festival „Despot Stefan Lazarevic“ will be held this year from August 9th to 11th, under the walls of the Manasija Monastery, announced the Tourist Organization of Serbia (TOS).

As stated, this festival has been held since 2015 under the walls of the Manasija Monastery and represents the rich tradition of medieval culture of this region and of Serbia, preserving medieval crafts and way of life from oblivion.

It is added that the tradition of knighthood will be demonstrated by numerous representatives of associations from twenty countries around the world located in an improvised knight village near Manasija.
